Exact boosts customer collaboration with major innovations in its Spring ’18 Release

Delft, the Netherlands, April 10, 2018 – Exact, the leading provider of financial and ERP software in the Benelux, is announcing a wave of major innovations. Its new Spring ‘18 Release introduces Exact Online My[Firm], extended payroll capabilities and dashboarding for small business and accountancy customer collaboration, as well as increased productivity through Social Collaboration for mid-market customers using Exact Globe and Exact Synergy.
The company has also joined the Amazon Web Services Partner Network to offer new cloud deployment capabilities for Exact Globe and Exact Synergy. Furthermore, ahead of the deadline, all of Exact’s solutions now include rich functionality for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the sweeping new EU data protection regulation.
In total, Exact’s Spring ’18 Release includes over 250 innovative, new products and features.

New for Accountant and SME collaboration: Exact Online My[Firm]

Exact launches an improved product that enhances collaboration between accountants and their SME clients. The software replaces Exact Online Starter and allows accountants to offer their clients online, real-time access to their financial administration in Exact Online. SME clients use Exact Online My[Firm] via a web browser or mobile app. Accountants will brand and personalize the software with their logo and name, which replaces the [Firm] part in My[Firm]. By digitizing and streamlining the administration process, the software dramatically reduces the time accountants spend collecting receipts and invoices from clients each month. Plus, it improves collaboration by facilitating a real-time dialogue between accountants and their clients.

Greater insight with My Dashboards 2.0 in Exact Online

Exact Online’s new My Dashboards 2.0 features give users greater insight into their business. Dashboards for sales, procurement, logistics, revenue and bank & cash allow users to track results, activities and exceptions, so they can take the right actions when needed. These modern dashboards give Exact Online users better control over their company and help them to quickly make better-informed decisions.

Renewed focus on Exact Online Payroll

Exact is renewing its focus on helping clients with their payroll via the Exact Online Payroll solution. This software makes payroll-handling easier and faster through extended payroll capabilities, Employee Self Service and a mobile app. Exact provides accounting and payroll software within a single, integrated solution. With this next generation suite, financial and payroll information are always at hand – any time, any place.

Social Collaboration 2.0 in Exact Synergy drives productivity

Social Collaboration 2.0 in Exact Synergy helps customers collaborate efficiently in complex business environments, working across various departments, regions or mobile teams. Through timelines and groups, unstructured elements like a decision-making process can be captured and linked to structured, project-based information. Social Collaboration 2.0 enhances collaboration and improves decision-making. It also increases information visibility, as social feeds automatically push information to employees based on their preselected areas of interest. The functionality is available in the web version and mobile app of Exact Synergy.

New cloud-deployment options for Exact Globe and Synergy through Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Exact has joined the Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN). The Exact Globe and Exact Synergy product lines have been optimized for AWS, ensuring that Exact Globe and Exact Synergy can be delivered on-premise, in the cloud with AWS, or using a fully managed, private cloud service from Exact.

Security and compliance improvements through GDPR functions

Exact has updated its entire portfolio to provide customers with new features for GDPR compliance. In line with the EU’s GDPR regulations, Exact offers an additional layer of security for Exact Online through two-factor authentication.
