Exact acquires HR cloud software provider Officient

Belgian solution enables all HR tasks to be managed within a single system.

Delft/Gent, 24 September 2020 - Exact is acquiring Officient, the Belgian HR software provider. This acquisition - which follows last week’s high-profile acquisition of Unit4 Bedrijfssoftware – will allow Exact to offer a broader suite of integrated solutions with the addition of automated HR process support.

All HR tasks in one system

Officient makes it possible to manage HR tasks within a single cloud platform. These varied tasks include rewards, resourcing contracts, time off, vehicle fleet, assessments and employee data. These integrated processes allow businesses to become more agile as HR tasks can be coordinated efficiently without the need for complicated links between systems.

HR must become more agile

Officient is a young and innovative company that has responded rapidly to changing HR trends. Officient has integrated with many payroll providers in Belgium and has similar arrangements with providers in the Netherlands and Luxemburg.

In just three years, Officient has acquired more than 4,000 clients, that in turn, provide HR services to over 35,000 employees.
