"With the Alexandré Finance accounting link, expense claims are automatically booked in Exact Online. Install our converter and the revenue groups from Pharmacom are linked to the ledger accounts in Exact Online.
With a push on the button our converter automatically transfers all invoices from health insurers, private individuals and cashiers to Exact Online. When importing your bank statements all expenses are matched which gives a clear view on your outstanding items.

Because the revenue groups are linked to the general ledger after the link, you will receive a revenue split in your accounting for, for example, WMG, NWMG, tools and manual sales. Even a further breakdown of figures is possible, such as purchase values, margins and claw-back, provided that these groups are predefined in Pharmacom."
