Medicom koppeling Exact

With the Alexandré Finance accounting link, expense claims are automatically booked in Exact Online. Install our converter and the revenue groups from Medicom are linked to the ledger accounts in Exact Online.

With a push on the button our converter automatically transfers all invoices from health insurers, private individuals and cashiers to Exact Online. When importing your bank statements all expenses are matched which gives a clear view on your outstanding items.
By linking the revenue groups to the general ledger accounts your revenue will be split, in example enrollments and medical treatments. This allows Medicom to split earnings from enrollements to age 65+, 75+, or other modules to get extra insight.

You can post the statements for the COPD checks directly to the ledger account 'COPD check', provided that this has been linked in advance from Medicom to the ledger account in Exact. At the same time, you can book the reimbursements that come in directly by bank without a Medicom invoice being sent for it on the Exact ledger accounts.
