Onze Leadership Journey is een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject. Op basis van een 360° Leadership Survey bepaal je jouw ontwikkeldoelen en ambitie en ga je (in peer groups) aan de slag met uitdagende experimenten en reflectieoefeningen. Allemaal bedoeld om je te helpen ontwikkelen op het gebied van Leading People, Leading Teams, Leading Yourself en Leading Change with Courage.

Wij stimuleren elkaar om te blijven leren, omdat er altijd manieren zijn om jezelf te verbeteren. Binnen Exact liggen er regelmatig kansen die je kunt pakken om door te groeien naar een hogere functie of specialisatie. Functies worden eerst intern uitgezet, voordat we extern gaan werven. En als bedrijf zijn we continu in ontwikkeling, waardoor er nieuwe functies én mogelijkheden ontstaan waar je op in kunt spelen.
