Reward Analyst (as off 0,8 Fte)

As a Reward Analyst, you will be part of the Global Reward team, which currently consists of a Manager Compensation & Integration and a Manager Benefits. With your analyses and insights, you help shape the decisions we make within our global reward strategy. You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing reward data and assisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of reward policies across the countries in which we operate.
- Supporting preparations for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Preparing the annual salary review cycle and supporting its execution.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of employment conditions harmonizations for our portfolio companies.
- Conducting reward benchmarks and analyzing internal pay ratios, including advising on the results.
- Preparing and maintaining annual compensation reporting.
- Monitoring international trends and developments in the field of reward and advising accordingly.
- Serving as a second‑line point of contact for reward-related questions from employees.
The Reward Analyst reports to the Manager Compensation & Integration.
This = what you bring
As a Reward Analyst at Exact, you are analytical, structured and interested in broader HR and organizational topics. You are also familiar with the EUP ay Transparency Directive. In this role, you also bring:
- A completed Master’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within consultancy or an international corporate environment.
- Experience in analyzing and (re)designing reward packages.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, dashboarding).
- Knowledge of job evaluation systems; experience with Korn Ferry is a plus.
- Experience with (international) harmonizations of employment conditions is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
