Exact continues to grow, both organically and through strategic acquisitions, further strengthening its position in the business software landscape. The Strategy and Integration team plays a key role in shaping Exact’s corporate strategy and ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies. 

This = the job you are looking for 

As Strategy and Integration Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and driving Exact’s strategic agenda. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Executive Committee on highimpact strategic topics such as growth strategy, product and portfolio strategy, pricing and packaging, M&A, and longterm value creation. 

This role is ideal for a former strategy consultant or inhouse strategist who wants to move from advising to owning outcomes, and who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of Strategy and Integration Manager, it is really helpful if you have consulting experience, proven project management skills and that you can handle responsibilities. Furthermore, you bring: 

  • A Mater’s degree; 
  • Effective communication skills, stakeholder and relationship management; 
  • Experience in handling end to end project delivery; 
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably at a (strategic) consultancy company 
  • The ability to identify interdependencies and see opportunities to improve; 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
