This = the job you are looking for
As intern in the L&D team, you'll be the mastermind behind planning and organizing our training sessions. You'll ensure everything is thought through and runs smoothly, from scheduling and updating learning brochures to managing communications with trainers and participants.
- And that's not all. We can rely on you to:
- Create an awesome learner experience from enrollment to evaluation, keeping everyone engaged and informed.
- Coordinate room setups with the facilities team and IT.
- Be the first point of contact for trainers and participants.
- Welcome external trainers and participants on training days.
- Register attendance, send out pre- and post-training materials, analyze survey results, and suggest improvements.

The HR department counts around 30 people and is known for its informal, open atmosphere and its driven specialists. You will join the Learning & Development team within the HR department, working closely together with 4 colleagues. They have lots of enthusiasm for their work and love to exchange ideas. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. The main responsibilities of the Learning & Development team are supporting employees to become the best version of themselves and develop power skills, as well as supporting Exact leaders in enhancing future-ready leadership skills. Next to that, we are responsible for the central onboarding program at Exact.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of L&D Intern, it’s helpful when you love bringing structure. And like being of service. What’s more, you bring:
- A relevant education at HBO level, for example HRM, Hotelschool or Business Administration
- 3rd or 4th year student and available for 24-32 hours per week
- Start in September 2025
- Strong Communication skills in English is a must, Dutch is a pre but not a must
- Hospitality-experience, for example in a customer service, retail or catering role
