As a Quality Engineer, you will assure the quality of our innovative cloud solutions. Based on user stories, you will interpret product specifications and develop comprehensive test designs/plans to perform functional and load testing. You will also be involved in the design and maintenance of the automation framework for application functional and regression testing. You will collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality goals and objectives to our customers.

The Exact Online Premium team is known for its creativity and innovative power, which enables it to translate the high demands of customers and the market into an easy-to-use web application with an attractive visual appearance. We consist of SCRUM teams, together with our product managers, responsible for developing the application.

Role Overview: As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our solutions in all aspects of product development and delivery.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of the test automation framework.
• Developing and maintaining test and automation strategies.
• Preparing technical feasibility and estimates for proposed automation solutions.
• Collaborating with other team members and providing guidance and coaching on automated testing.

• A degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, or business studies.
• Extensive experience in testing Windows and web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software automation testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is required.
• Responsibility and ownership.
• Effective communication skills.

We also rely on you as a Quality Engineer to:

• Collaborate with SCRUM teams and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration and code management.
• Demonstrate responsibility and ownership in all tasks.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide coaching and training to more junior team members.
