Partner Success Manager, Premium editions Exact Online Germany

Are you an experienced ERP specialist, fluent in German and English, and passionate about helping business partners grow? Then we’re looking for you!

We are rapidly expanding in Germany and want to ensure our business partners are fully supported. To strengthen this growth, we’re looking for a Partner Success Manager who will help our partners become independent in selling and supporting our software. Your key focus will be on transferring knowledge and building strong, long-lasting partner relationships.

This= the job

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners in Germany – from their first steps to full independence.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver scalable training programs that enable partners to understand, sell, implement and support our software. With knowledge transfer at its core.
• Work closely with our Commercial Partner Manager, who is responsible for acquiring new partners, ensuring a seamless handover and strong collaboration.
• Apply your experience in business partner models to guide and empower partners towards success.
• Use your knowledge of accounting and ERP software to translate real-world processes into software functionality.
• Present and communicate with confidence, inspiring and motivating partners to excel.

This = who you are

• An experienced ERP specialist like consultant, supporter or trainer, preferably with a background in partner or indirect sales models.
• Fluent in German & English, with a deep understanding of German business culture.
• A natural trainer and presenter, passionate about sharing knowledge.
• Skilled in Accounting and ERP software, able to bridge practice and technology.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, and energized by building up a new market.
• Hybrid role, living in Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands.
