As a Translator and Content Specialist, you help our customers to work with our software and to understand its benefits. You will be translating tools such as help documents, release notes, terms for UI, and emails. You will also make sure that Exact AI Assistant, our AI-driven tool to help entrepreneurs in working more efficiently, provides accurate answers to their questions. Our source language is English, and you are going to translate and localise the content to French. And that’s not all. As a Translator and Content specialist, we can also count on you to:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the writers in our team and the product experts.
  • Apply a continuous learning cycle to keep improving as a person and as a team.
  • Work on team-wide projects and goals.
  • View AI as an opportunity to serve our customers even better.


This = your team

You will join our Product Learning & Enablement team (“PL&E”) within the Customer Success department – a team that focuses on explaining and supporting our various software solutions. We are known for our customer centricity, creative ideas and smooth collaboration. Supporting each other is part of our DNA. You will work closely together with one other French translator, as well as with the translators for other languages, writers, instructional designers, our product owner and our scrum master.

To fulfil this job as Translator and Content Specialist, you preferably have experience with a translation tool such as memoQ. It will also come in handy if you know about corporate processes. You are available 32 to 40 hours a week. You should also:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a translator.
  • Have excellent spoken and written skills in English and French.
  • Be strong at gathering information.
