As a SCRUM team member, your work is the coding of our innovative cloud solutions, based on so-called user stories, you interpret the product specifications and develop comprehensive working software to perform the task. You are also involved in the design and maintenance of the automation framework for our application and functional and regression testing. You work together with other teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers that help them grow their business. This = your team

The HR Development team is known for its creativity and innovative power, which enables it to translate the high demands of customers and the market into an easy-to-use web application with an attractive visual appearance. We consist of SCRUM teams, together with our product managers, responsible for developing the application. Role Overview: As a .NET Software Engineer, you are knowledgeable on the Microsoft tech stack: .Net Framework (moving to .Net core), a combination of vb.net and C# (moving towards 100% C#), SQL Server, operated on Azure and AWS. 

We also rely on you to:

  • love coding and everything that comes with it
  • Have fast experience in the Microsoft tech stack
  • Keep code clean and simple
  • Like to work on business software
  • Have a bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree or equivalent level in computer science or information technology
  • To develop and maintain test and automation strategy in close collaboration
  • Have ood communication skills (fluency in English, both verbally and written)
  • Like to work collaboratively with other team members and provide guidance and coaching to other team members if applicable 

We also rely on you as an Engineer to:

  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams and product owner to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration and code management
  • Demonstrate responsibility and ownership in all tasks
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams 

This = What you bring

  • A degree or equivalent in computer science/information technology or business studies.
  • You should have extensive experience in testing Windows and web applications, mobile apps, and APIs.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development with C#.
  • Some experience with Azure DevOps is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like: React.JS, Vue.JS or Angular.JS is preferred.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership.
  • Effective communication skills and certification ISTQB is preferred.

If we have enough in common, the first step will be an interview with the hiring manager. The second step will be a small coding case.
