As a Senior Software Engineer:
- You ensure systems are fit to requirements, well architected and follow current development practices;
- You act as an enabler for the team, removing obstacles from their paths and identifying potentials for delivery, business, and process improvements;
- You take ownership for the quality of all assigned software targets and codes;
- You design, code and test business software applications and propose architectural decisions within a SCRUM team;
- You grow in technical and leadership through coaching, motivating, inspiring your SCRUM team members and share your knowledge.
This = what you bring
For the position of Senior Software Engineer:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
- At least seven years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in mentoring junior software engineers;
- Experience on web development using C# or VB.Net, .NET or .NET framework, JavaScript (native and/or frameworks), MS SQL Server;
- Knowledge of design patterns such as ASP.NET MVC, unit testing, and performing code reviews;
- A passion in coding, has pride in their workmanship with clean code;
- You have strong logical thinking skills;
- Good English communication skills;
- Experience in team collaboration on Azure DevOps will be an added advantage;
- Knowledge in cloud technologies such as PaaS services and cloud deployment platforms on Azure / AWS will be an added advantage.

You will be joining a SCRUM team in the Technology Department which consists of friendly, helpful and enthusiastic group of people from diversified background and gender. They are known for software development by using best practices and structured framework. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA.
Our developers are always looking for ways to improve the products. They continuously build and innovate. The annual 48-hour hackathon always results in the development of new ideas and clearly demonstrates the importance of team spirit when building software.
