Manager Consultancy (BE/NL)

As a Consultancy Manager / Team Lead you are responsible for the consultancy business and a team of consultants in both Belgium and The Netherlands. You focus on both quality of implementation as well as billability and motivation in the team to carry out their consultancy activities, providing support where needed. As a Consultancy Manager / Team Lead you:

• Ensure the revenue and profitability of the consultancy department; you know your numbers and have insights in performance of your team.
• Establishe relationships with key customer stakeholders to cultivate buy-in and to increase revenue and awareness of Exact products and services.
• Actively contribute to our sales and adapt our standardized consultancy services accordingly
• Ensure continuity and continuously look for way to improve service delivery.
• Assist in effective planning within consultancy.
• Willingness to travel periodically to an Exact Office in The Netherlands or to a customer.

For you, providing improvements and stakeholder management is something that feels natural. Your main point of contact to have dialogs with is the Consultancy MT, where you are a member of.

• A bachelor's or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience within a consultancy, project management or team-lead role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you feel ready for your next step.
• A pro-active attitude in signaling and handling issues, process improvements and our (service) offerings
• Good analytical skills.
• You work accurately and with great care for detail.
• The ability to challenge and convince customers and employees; experience in managing customers from a commercial point of view.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (Flemish), French and English; Dutch is either your native language or you can speak it at at least C1 level.
