We are looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition who provides leadership to a team of approximately 10 recruiters, mainly based in the Netherlands. The team is responsible for attracting the right talent to achieve our ambitious growth strategy. You execute the Talent Acquisition year plan that fits with our broader HR vision and you make the strategic plan for the coming years. Together with your team, you provide excellent talent acquisition services and support to key stakeholders.

In this role you are responsible for all functional services that are in the scope of talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding. You set up clear and meaningful KPIs and you monitor and report on performance and budget. You are also responsible for;

  • Striving continuously improvement of the talent acquisition services;
  • Bringing in innovation topics and best practices in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding;
  • The talent acquisition tools and processes across the organization;
  • The globally designed processes and policies supporting business needs.

For the position of Manager Talent Acquisition, you gave more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition of which 6 years proven experience in leading talent acquisition teams. This can be in combination with consultancy/project management experience. You also have good communication skills. What's more, you bring:

  • True people management skills to coach and develop a team;
  • Excellence in stakeholder management; the ability to build long-term relationships at all levels;
  • Experience in an international business environment in an advantage;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into solutions;
  • Strategically strong in combination with a hands-on/a can-do approach;
  • Data driven mindset;
  • Energetic, enthusiast team player;
  • Innovative thinker (outside in perspective);
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects, being a creative problem solver;
  • Expected to be in office minimum of 3 days;
  • Good communication skills (fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally and written).
