As a Support Professional, you will make a daily difference for our customers. Through your personal approach, creativity and in-depth knowledge of our products, you know how to turn every contact moment into a positive experience. You have an impeccable feel for our customers' needs and advise on our innovative software solutions. You will learn all the ins & outs during our Onboarding programme. Then we will work together to ensure that you achieve your professional and personal goals. We believe this is just as important as satisfied customers.
Hybrid working
We want you to enjoy the convenience of working from home (remotely), and the benefits of working at one of our offices. That is why we have designed our offices to be perfect for meeting and working together or catching up. You can do this at the Barista Bar, in the ‘living room corners’, at one of the many convivial get-togethers or during a spirited workout in the gym.
Personal development
When you get started, of course, we will help you along the way. You will receive communication training, we will teach you everything about our products and take you into the world of accounting. And if you have little or no experience with software, we will support you with that as well.
Once you are up and running, we will continue to ensure that you can keep growing. Perhaps you are looking for a substantive deepening so that you can become a product specialist (think HR, accountancy or industry). Or maybe you are more interested in coaching and training.
