The Customer Portal is the main place for information and questions about Exact products and services. The Customer Portal is where you will find all the information you need and the answers to your questions on Exact products and services. Online and available 24 hours a day. All customers with a maintenance agreement have access to this portal.
News and product information
After logging into the Customer Portal you will find information about Exact and additional product information, such as:
- News about Exact, products and updates.
- Comprehensive product information about your software.
- Searching in our Knowledge base
You have a personal page in the Customer Portal. This page includes:
- An overview of your current contracts with Exact
- An overview of your licenses
- Links to your documents that you often use
- Online help files you can reference
Asking the Support Department a question
You can put your product questions to our Support Department by placing a Support Request. The handling of your question can be followed directly in the Customer Portal. For example, you will see when we started to deal with your question, who is handling it, and what the current status is. You can also respond to an answer immediately or add information to support your request. You will find all your previously asked questions and respective answers in the history.
To log in
To log in to the Customer Portal please follow this link: https://customers.exact.com
The login screen will give you the username 'eweb' followed by your login code. For example: eweb\klan123456
For the password, you enter the corresponding password.
All characters in the password count. Are you copying and pasting the text from an email? Then make sure you do not copy any spaces.
