Available as of now on in controlled release, all payments received via the Mollie payment link (iDeal) can be processed and reconciled directly. You can easily add a payment link to your invoices, meaning the payments are processed immediately after receiving them. This completes the circle. This feature is expected to be generally available in the 2^nd quarter of 2021.

As a result of your feedback, Exact has now made it possible to add attachments when sending quotations, sales orders and invoices by e-mail. This idea was hugely popular with both the standard Exact users and users of the industry solutions. This feature is now available for all Exact users.

In 2020, we set up a new automated bank feed with Rabobank in accordance with the PSD2 regulations. We're now also adding payments to this controlled release, which will make it even easier and quicker to make payments.

At Exact, we're always on the lookout for innovations that will provide you with added value. One example is the new generation of automated bank feeds. From now on automated bank feeds will be available in accordance with the PSD2 regulations for:

• ABN AMRO
• Triodos
• SNS Bank
• ASN Bank
• RegioBank

We actively encourage people to use e-invoicing (Peppol), as it's quicker, more efficient and more secure. From now on, we also support G-account details, enabling you to use Peppol with your G-account. Simple.

You can now also add the 'Your reference' column to the sales entry overview.

You now have the option to add 'Payment method' and 'Payment condition' columns to the outstanding items overview. We have also added the option of filtering these values.

Our scanning service is now even smarter. We now automatically create entries based on the scans made, and you decide which customer or supplier you wish to apply this method to.

Every year, it's a major task to incorporate all the CLA changes for the coming year into the software in good time. All CLAs for 2021 had been integrated into Exact by the second week of January, well before the pay period (typically at the end of the month).

If a car has been leased for 5 years, the addition will increase to 25%. It stands to reason that users would want to be informed of this, which is why, as part of the 'Car Lease' feature, we have added an alert that actively informs users when a car has been leased in the company's name for 5 years.

An API allows for communication and the exchange of data between different applications. Exact processes more than 20 million API requests every day and scales them up automatically once there is more demand. API usage will be limited to guarantee stability and efficiency. Please note that this may affect the feeds you are currently using.

A total of 17 new connected apps have been added to the Exact Online App Centre, including Benefits-Plaza, JobControl, Shoxl, App2Track and KlantAlert, all of which are now directly linked to Exact. For more information, visit the Exact Online App Centre.

It is now possible to add the Receipt Date column to the Purchase Orders and to the Status Overview | Purchase Orders page. This makes it easy to update sales order lines with the correct date of receipt after the supplier has confirmed the purchase order. This feature is available for the Premium edition of Exact for Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing.

This upgraded feature allows you to select multiple locations when creating a stock count. Previously, it was only possible to filter one after the other. With this option, the Premium 'Search' filter will also be available to Advanced users. For example, you can use this search function to search for 'aisle A', with the filter showing the items for all 100 locations.

You can now record changes and totals for a manual stock count in CSV or Microsoft Excel and import this file into Exact Online. By specifying the new number in this way, you can continue with other activities in the meantime and make the necessary changes later.

Based on the ideas provided in the Support Portal, our API price list has been greatly improved. Previously, the API sent a great deal of data back over various segments at the same time. The updated API prevents users from having to make multiple calls to retrieve data from a specific segment.

When registering a work order as complete in Exact for Manufacturing, you now have the option to automatically create a serial number. This option is also available when receiving by-products or issuing materials to an order. This is useful if you need to assign a large number of consecutive serial numbers to received products in one go.

It is now possible to link multiple administrator accounts to your Exact bouw7 environment, making it easy to link your entire organisation to the project and financial administration side of things.

From now on, we will bundle the hours per period in Exact bouw7 for each employee and hour type (based on pay frequency). These hours are then forwarded to EOL remuneration, where the remuneration process for employees takes place.
