Exact communicates the price adjustments effective January 2024. In exceptional cases, the contractual adjustment might differ at an individual customer level. The price at those customers will not exceed the adjusted prices effective January 2024.
Adjustments rates add-ons
Do you also use Payroll, No hands Accounting (including its predecessor Scan & Recognise) or Subscription Management? Then the following rate adjustments will apply from the first invoice date in January 2024:
- Payroll: The bundle price for pay slips for entrepreneurs will be € 3.30 (outside your bundle the price will be € 6.60);
- Subscription management: The price for your subscription management will be € 52.00;
- No hands Accounting (including its predecessor Scan & Recognise): The price per booking proposal stays € 0.49 within your monthly bundle. Outside your bundle and for pay-per-use booking proposals the price stays be € 0.59.
Frequently Asked Questions
We want to offer our customers the best software and that is why we continuously invest in improving our products and services. These improvements are presented three times a year in our seasonal releases. The investment required for this results in the adjusted rates. The adjusted rates will take effect starting from the date of the first invoice in 2024.
We always inform all our customers of our rate adjustments ahead of time. This year, we published a preliminary announcement in our newsletters. We also announced the rate adjustments on our website and Support Portals. Of course, it is possible this information didn’t reach you.
The rate adjustments are applicable to all contracts active per 1 January 2024.
