The Commercial Product Manager for the EcoSystem has a key role in bringing our App Center to the next level and optimize the added value of our EcoSystem. On top of that you will be responsible for our Exact mobile apps, which are an important tool for our customers to stay connected at any place and any time with their business. And that's not all. We can rely on you as a Commercial Product Manager to: 

  • Bring new ideas and insights to the table 
  • Update the strategy and deliver year plans and roadmaps 
  • Drive and energize the positive vibe around our EcoSystem 
  • Optimize our API connectivity layer and its usage via different operational projects

You will join the 12 colleagues in the ProductLine Industry Solutions in the Product Organization of Exact. They are known for their commitment and smooth cooperation. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. We have few predefined paths, which gives you plenty of room to choose your own. 
Our productline colleagues have an in depth understanding of our solutions, market trends and customer needs. Together with our colleagues form sales, marketing and customer success we decide the future developments of our products and are decisive in the success of our company.  

The productline industry solutions us known for its experience and drive to deliver the best possible products. This is particularly evident with more than 10.000 customers working with our industry solutions on a daily basis. The main responsibilities of the department are: 

  • Own the product strategy for 4 commercial solutions; wholesale, manufacturing, PSA and construction
  • Own the product strategy for 3 supporting solutions: Backoffice, Mobile, App Center
  • Balance interests to enable Revenue growth, Churn prevention and Customer Satisfaction.

For the position of Commercial Product Manager, it’s helpful if you up to date and in-depth knowledge of SME software market, API Technologies and App Centers for SaaS companies And preferably  at least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial product management role in a complex B2B environment.
What’s more, you bring:
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude in working with both external parties and different parts within the Exact organization.
  • Strong project management and organization skills; deadline-, fact- and quality focused with proven experience of delivering successful results/projects.  Possibility to think and act on both strategic and operational level.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English as well as powerful communication and presentation skills in front of C-level, colleagues, partners, customers and at industry events.
  • A bachelor or master degree
