Your Sales team really wants to make a difference. All executives have the ambition to inspire and enable SMBs to grow with Exact.  In your role as Sales Executive at our Shanghai office, you will get the change to develop yourself and to grow with us.

Your focus will be on:
  • Goal-oriented new customer hunter to drive revenue from new customer relationships and via channel.
  • Prospecting for new Exact software license and service business throughout the region.
  • Solution selling mentality that aims to further build up customer reference base.
  • Regularly closed deals in CNY200k to 1 million range.
  • Experience with business software/ERP systems used by medium-sized businesses, focus will be manufacturing industries; professional service; wholesale, and distribution.
  • Assume a leadership role within assigned accounts by involving in end to end sales cycle.
  • Assume ownership for revenue generation within assigned accounts, as well as the quality and strength of the executive relationships within them.
  • Pursue and follow up on new leads.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities within their accounts, develop and drive account strategy and executive relationships within each account.
  • General understanding of manufacturing concepts.
  • Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manages sales funnel from lead to closure:- 
    • Cold calling on assigned customer base.
    • Prepares quotes.
    • Generates sales orders from new or existing customers.
    • Prepares and executes presentations.
    • Negotiates contracts.
    • Initiate the order process.
    • Conducts on-site customer visits.
    • Communicates customer needs and requirements to project manager and internal departments.
    • Prepares and implements sales account plans (incl. activity reports and forecasts).
    • Manage few install base customer to dig opportunity.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level in a related field. 
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • You have at least 5-6 years of outstanding direct and/or channel selling results in software and services within software industries required. 
  • You have a thorough understanding of business solutions.
  • You are capable and confident in influencing and interacting with people at all level.
  • You are decisive, result-oriented, aggressive, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • You are a self-starter with high level of integrity.
