In this role, you will get the chance to develop yourself and to grow with us. And that's not all, we can rely on you as a Software Sales Account Manager to be:
  • Goal-oriented new customer hunter to drive revenue from new customer relationships and via channel; 
  • Prospecting for new Exact software license and service business throughout the region;
  • Solution selling mentality that aims to further build up customer reference base;
  • Regularly closed deals in CNY200k to 1 million range;
  • Experience with business software/ERP systems used by small & medium sized businesses, focus will be manufacturing industries; professional service; wholesale and distribution;
  • Assume a leadership role within assigned accounts by involve in end to end sales cycle;
  • Assume ownership for revenue generation within assigned accounts, as well as the quality and strength of the executive relationships within them;
  • Pursue and follow up on new leads;
  • Identify and qualify opportunities within their accounts, develop and drive account strategy and executive relationships within each account;
  • General understanding of manufacturing concepts;
  • Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Manages sales funnel from lead to closure:
o    Cold calling on assigned customer base
o    Prepares quotes
o    Generates sales orders from new or existing customers
o    Prepares and executes presentations
o    Negotiates contracts 
o    Initiate the order process 
o    Regularly updates CRM database
o    Conducts on-site customer visits
o    Communicates customer needs and requirements to project manager and internal departments
o    Prepares and implements sales account plans (incl. activity reports and forecasts) 
o    Manage few install base customer to dig opportunity.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of Software Sales Account Manager, it’s helpful if you have a strong sense of hunting for new business and preferably fluent in Mandarin and English. What’s more, you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level in a related field; 
  • 3-6 years outstanding direct and/or channel selling results in software and services within software industries required;
  • Thorough understanding of business solution;
  • Capable and confident in influencing and interacting with people at all level;
  • Be decisive, result-oriented, aggressive, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Self-starter with high level of integrity;
  • Have specified industry focus or network will be a plus
