Hour Entry App – as easy as pushing a button

Nobody really likes to enter hours, but it is something that needs to be done in order to ensure that your customers are invoiced correctly, on time. However there is good news now: we are shortly going to start with the Controlled Release of the brand new Hour Entry App. This app makes hour entry as easy as pushing a button!

Full insight

Thanks to daily and weekly overviews, you have full insight into all your planned activities and your capacity planning. If you have finished early, you can simply change the hours and submit your new ones. Things don’t always go according to plan, which is why you can now also instantly add additional activities via the app.  The ‘overdue hours’ menu allows you to quickly check whether you have forgotten to enter any hours.

Participation in the Controlled Release

The app will become available for you in January 2015 together with release 254 of Exact Synergy Enterprise. If you can’t wait and want to help us test the app in everyday practice, please send an e-mail to stating ‘Interested in participating in the Controlled Release phase’.
