Exact will launch a new CRM proposition, including a full-fledged invoicing solution. Exact Online CRM is the solution for entrepreneurs, who want to do business and not bookkeeping. In the position of Commercial Product Manager for this new proposition, you are a member of the product management team, supporting the overall business strategy and developing, implementing, and enabling the portfolio product strategy. 


You are the linking pin with all stakeholders regarding Exact Online CRM & Invoicing. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the Product line Manager on the Product Roadmap, Strategy and further development of the propositions for these two domains. Your role is essential in fostering a deep understanding of our products, our customers' needs and bringing those together.

This is your position if you want to make impact and are a ‘hands on visioner’: Having your feet on the ground, sometimes in the mud, you work on one of our most promising propositions. Your role is to;

  • A no brainer: Talk to customers. And be able to translate your insights into product enhancements and future product direction.
  • Be highly informed about customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in the field.
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for our new CRM portfolio. 
  • Identify and liaise with our partners with whom we can collaborate, to drive commercial traction. 
  • Collaborate with various marketing and content teams to create assets and tough leadership artefacts.

For the position of Commercial Product Manager, it’s helpful if you have great problem-solving skills and a getting things done mindset. You can organize your work, see what needs to be done and set priorities right. Having excellent verbal communication skills and the ability of presenting strategy and vision at C-level is key for this role. What’s more, you bring:

  • A Master or MBA
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Experience as a product manager or equivalent and therefor a good understanding of product management and technologies related to product areas
  • Solid knowledge of your domain and knowledge of best practices with regards to research and producing industry knowledge
  • Experience with making strategic and independent decisions that are characterized by logic and good reasoning
  • At least 5 years’ experience on a functional and business level with the product portfolio
  • Pro activeness and collaboration skills
