The Job

Then take the next step in your career with us! As a  sales executive - partner manager for new business you are responsible for a specific segment of the market.

It is your job to initiate strategic and commercial cooperation’s with specialized business partners, develop an ecosystem of partners in Poland as per solution or segment reach. You will qualify partners in collaboration with the Country Sales Manager and partner program support ensuring strong performance. Contract, onboarding, training, certification and marketing support will be your day to day responsibility.
 
Your primary focus is selling our BPM proposition to new customers, after which you build long term relationships with these customers and to become a trusted advisor for them. You are the main contact for these stakeholders, as for your colleagues at Exact. You will assist the partner in closing opportunities whilst coordinating engagement of Exact resources. You will also align directly with Account Managers and Sales Managers to qualify new opportunities. Defining jointly with the partners the business pipeline of concrete opportunities will be your goal.
 
 

You Offer

  • Are the proud owner of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business or a commercial background
  • Have at least 7 years of relevant commercial experience, selling complex software and consultancy services via partner channel
  • Are a real ‘hunter’ who thrives on scoring new leads
  • Have a sixth sense for your customers’ needs
  • Are creative and persuasive
  • Don’t settle for anything less than exceeding your targets
  • Are fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
  • Preferably have knowledge of the Exact product portfolio, specifically of Synergy products
