The second annual APAC partner summit has brought together a total of 21 attendees from 13 partners in the 2-day power packed event. Held in the elegant Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 9 & 10 October, the summit has motivated partners from China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam to bring a notch up and achieve their fierce ambition.
Paul Ramakers kickstarted the summit with Business Solutions strategies, followed by Jarno on the exciting Product Innovation updates. Wiegert, Alex and Richard van Hulst also presented updates on marketing, sales and sales operations respectively. Commerce One, the partner from the Philippines did a fantastic job sharing about their partnership successes with Exact. Before day 1 ended with an exquisite dinner and drinks, a guest speaker from UK’s Tech Wire Asia spoke about the digital brand development and how it supported our partners through the online marketing campaigns implemented with Exact.
The highlights of day 2 included an Exact Insight demo by Kenny, a success sharing by PT. Piranti Tepat, our soon-to-be partner from Indonesia and last, but not least, a session by Hans Boom, which has provided lots of insights on accounts management. All in all, the APAC Partner Summit was successful, not only in strengthening partnership relationship with new and existing partners alike, but also, solidified the importance of the partner ecosystem in the present and future.
