Exact Software (Thailand) Ltd. has been established in January 1999 under promotion of the Board of Investment (BoI). The company is being managed by Mr. Pieter Hamans, who has been holding the General Management position ever since. We currently serve over 60 customers in manufacturing, services, or trading in Thailand, in various industries such as automotive, electronics, food and chemicals.
We have always realized that our customers have to receive the best, in terms of our professionalism as well as our quality services. Therefore, we are continuously putting our efforts into products and staff development in order to best serve our clients.
Our Solutions
We are the provider of state-of-the-art business software solutions comprised of traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Logistics, Project Management, Business Analytics, Electronic Workflow, and Document Management.
Our full suite solutions are Exact Globe (back office ERP) and Exact Synergy (front office). Both of them share the same architecture and database for seamless back- and front-office integration. They are the essence of our customer-focused strategy.
Beside this, we have been investing in the development of specific local functionalities, for example related to (withholding) taxation, reporting and compliance with Revenue Department regulations. Of course our software is also available in Thai language.
Our People
All activities in Exact Thailand are organized in sales, support and consulting disciplines. Our expertise extends from accounting to manufacturing and Internet based collaborative commerce. However, we expect our staff to cross the interdepartmental borders in order to provide fast and comprehensive solutions for our customer needs. As a result, we have been investing in staff development through several training programs in order to give only the best services to our clients.
