Erik van der Meijden joined Exact on March 19, 2012 as CEO. He was CEO of Getronics N.V. until May 2011 and is a veteran in the Netherlands IT industry. He started his career as consultant with Andersen (currently Accenture) and joined Compaq (currently HP) in 1989. After having held several positions within sales, Mr. Van der Meijden became managing director of Compaq Netherlands in 1999. After the acquisition of Compaq by HP in 2002, Mr. Van der Meijden held several positions within HP. He left HP in 2007 as Vice President Technology Solutions Group and Managing Director General Western Europe. Mr. Van der Meijden joined KPN in 2007 to drive KPN’s ambition to become the IT services market leader in the Benelux. After the acquisition of Getronics by KPN, he became CEO of Getronics, where he led the integration and restructuring of the company and brought it back to profitability.
Mr. Van der Meijden holds an M.Sc. degree in Geodesy from the TU Delft and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Onno Krap joined Exact on June 15, 2012 and was appointed as member of the Managing Board and CFO by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2012 for a term of 4 years.
Onno Krap was CFO of Crucell Holland B.V., a group company of Johnson & Johnson since July 2011 and before that Vice President Finance of Crucell since April 2006. He started his career in March 1991 at Accenture where he held a number of positions within the finance consulting group. As Senior Manager he has been involved in various IT and software implementation projects with large customers in Europe. In March 2000, Onno Krap became European Controller at Applera Corporation and in March 2002 Finance Director Europe until his move to Crucell in 2006. Onno Krap has experience with reporting requirements in stock exchange listed companies and has vast knowledge of IFRS reporting, planning & control, tax, treasury, risk management and compliance.
Onno Krap holds a BBA degree of the University of Business, Nijenrode (the Netherlands), a MBA degree specialized in finance of the University of Florida (United States) and a RC (Registered Controller) degree of the VU University in Amsterdam (the Netherlands).

Hartmut Wagner is a seasoned senior executive with 20 years of experience in IT. He started his career with Siemens Nixdorf in 1992 and held several sales functions with Bull and Peregrine Systems. Before he joined Hewlett-Packard in April 2010 to lead HP’s Information Management Software business in EMEA, Wagner held senior management positions with Connected Corporation and Iron Mountain.

Paul Ramakers joined Exact in 1995 and was appointed as Managing Director Business Solutions and member of the Board of Managing Directors on April 14, 2015.
Paul Ramakers has broad knowledge of the global IT industry and of Exact’s solutions specifically. After he joined Exact he served the company through several executive roles like Managing Director Benelux and Corporate Strategy Director. In this last role Ramakers focused on the future direction of the company and initiated projects that paved the way into becoming a frontrunner in business software in the cloud for SMBs.

Roy Mackenzie is a Partner at Apax Partners LP, where he focuses on investments in the technology and telecom sector. Prior to joining Apax Partners in 2003, Roy was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he focused on serving technology industry clients. Roy currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Epicor Software Corporation, Sophos Ltd, and King Digital Entertainment Plc. He also served as a board member of NXP BV.
Jason Wright is a Partner at Apax Partners, LP, where he focuses on investments in the technology and telecom sector. Prior to joining Apax in 2000, Jason served in a variety of roles at GE Capital, including principal investing on behalf of GE Ventures. Previously, he worked at Accenture, designing and implementing systems for the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. He is currently a director on the Boards of Paradigm, Epicor Software Corporation, TIVIT and Realpage. He also served as a board member of Plex Systems, Inc., Planview, Inc., Spectrum, and Perfect Commerce.

Kiran Patel retired in 2013 from the position of Executive Vice President of Small Business Group at Intuit, Inc. Prior to joining Intuit, Inc. in 2005, he served several senior (financial) management positions at Solectron Corporation and IMotors. Kiran started his career working at Cummins Engines, where he grew through finance and accounting positions into several general manager positions during 22 years.
Ilonka Jankovich de Jeszenice is Innovation Investment Manager at Randstad Holding, as well as the Managing Partner at Randstad Innovation Fund. Prior to joining Randstad in 2013, she served as an M&A lawyer at Clifford Chance and her own law firm and served as a consultant to various startup companies. She serves 15 years of General Management experience at privately held companies as well as at multinational listed companies and has an international working experience in Hungary, Romania, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Since March 13, 2013 she is a Member of the Supervisory Board at NV Nederlandse Spoorwegen.
